Our services
Consulting engagements, website builds, AI phone lines, and Vemind/Buddy installations are each delivered under a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until that agreement is signed by both sides.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Schreier Group LLC sends one-to-one text messages — requested booking links, contact information, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders — only to people who opt in. Opt-in happens verbally during a call to our office lines, including (970) 591-4263 and our Vemind line (970) 660-6850 (you are asked whether you would like the information by text, and a message is sent only after you say yes and confirm your mobile number), or through the consent checkbox on our website forms.
Message frequency varies; typically only a few messages related to your inquiry or appointment. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance — or call (970) 591-4263. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Acceptable use
Don't misuse this site: no scraping, no attempts to breach security, no submitting forms with someone else's information, no unlawful use.
Intellectual property
The Schreier Group and Vemind names, marks, and the content of this site belong to Schreier Group LLC. Client engagements define their own intellectual-property terms in the written agreement — in plain terms: we keep our frameworks, you own your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schreier Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
