A slow site is a phone that doesn’t ring.
A local business website has one job: get the call, the booking, the estimate request. Google’s own research found that 53% of mobile visitors leave a page that takes longer than three seconds to load. They don’t complain. They just tap the next name on the list.
Most local business sites we test land in the 40s to 60s on Google’s mobile performance score. That is a store with the lights half off. The 11 sites below were built to a different floor: fast on a mid-range phone over a weak connection, usable by everyone, and easy for Google to understand.
That last part is the point. We are an advisory firm. We don’t sell websites for the sake of websites. We build them so the business behind them gets found and gets called, and we hold them to a number anyone can check.
