Seedance 2.5 is a real ByteDance model (launched July 31, 2026 — 4K, synced audio, up to 30 seconds). But “available only on Higgsfield AI” is false: ByteDance shipped it first on its own Jimeng AI and Doubao apps with Volcano Engine Ark API access, and multiple third-party platforms carry it — Higgsfield’s own blog even runs a “best platforms to access Seedance 2.5” roundup. The single-platform push plus a DM-gate fits the affiliate pattern flagged in prior audits (Higgsfield runs an ambassador/affiliate program). “No Claude was used” is an irrelevant flex — Claude isn’t a video tool. Real model, misleading funnel.
