PARTLY

Partly true: multi-agent setups on one shared disk are real, and Grok Bot really shares one cloud computer across its bots, but the Thai caption's 'Grok, Gemini and Claude coding team' does not match the video, which shows three Grok Bots vetting GitHub repos

Facebook · Oct 2026

The claim(Translated from Thai) 'Three AIs, Grok, Gemini and Claude, can work together as a coordinated coding team instead of separate chat windows, with a shared run system that checks every action before it reaches the codebase.' SCOUT explores the repo and maps file relationships; BUILDER turns that context into real code changes; AUDITOR checks results, filters conflicts and feeds problems back into the loop. All three work on one shared disk with a live dashboard. 'The next step of AI coding is multiple models on one project without more chaos.' Link in the comments.

The general idea is sound and already common: several AI agents with separate roles (explore, build, review) working on the same files, with one checking the others' output. Grok Bot, the agent product from xAI (now SpaceXAI), launched in beta in August 2026, and its own documentation, as quoted by several reviewers, says every bot on an account shares one cloud computer, with shared files and credentials. So 'three bots plus one shared disk' is a real setup. The problem is the caption. The video on screen is labeled 'GROK VM, 3 BOTS + 1 SHARED DISK' and shows Bot #1 Scout, Bot #2 Auditor and Bot #3 Tester cloning about 30 GitHub repos, test-installing them and saving three 'verified gems'. That is a repo-vetting pipeline, not a team writing code, and there is no Builder and no Gemini or Claude anywhere on screen. Independent breakdowns of Grok Bot say it runs on xAI models only, so a Grok plus Gemini plus Claude team is not something it does out of the box; you would have to wire that up yourself with other tools. The reel is 20 seconds of dashboard with music, credited to another creator, and the 'link in comments' is the engagement hook. Grok Bot also needs a paid tier (reported from about $120 to $200 a month, or bundled with SuperGrok Heavy or Cursor plans).

What holds up

  • Caption translated from Thai; video viewed frame by frame: header reads 'grok-bot ... shared cloud vm, cursor cloud, 24 Oct 2026', '3 BOTS + 1 SHARED DISK', Scout / Auditor / Tester, '30 cloned repos', '3 verified gems'.
  • Grok Bot launch (Aug 11, 2026, early beta) and shared per-account cloud computer confirmed in multiple reviews (eesel, Vellum, Unite.AI). x-ref #517, #502.
  • Vellum's Grok Bot breakdown: runs on xAI models; Claude, GPT or Gemini cannot be swapped in. Not an official xAI statement, so treated as best available evidence.
  • No Gemini, Claude or 'Builder' role appears anywhere in the video.

What doesn’t

  • Caption describes a different system from the one on screen.
  • 'Grok, Gemini and Claude' together is not a native Grok Bot feature.
  • Repost page crediting another creator; 'link in comments' engagement hook.
  • Paid-tier product, cost not mentioned.

The catch

The shared-disk, multi-bot part is real. The three-model coding team is the caption's invention; the footage shows Grok bots testing other people's repos.

How to actually do it

  • For a real explore/build/review loop, run one coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) with a separate reviewer pass or subagent, all on one git repo.
  • If you want different vendors' models in one loop, use an open multi-model orchestrator or your own script calling each API, with git branches as the 'shared disk'.
  • Keep a human merge step: agents propose, tests and a person approve.

Multi-agent coding loops are real and worth using, but this reel's caption and footage describe two different things. Build the loop from tools you can inspect rather than chasing the comment link.
