The plumbing checks out. Zoom shipped an official “Zoom for Claude” connector in April 2026 — it really does pull your meeting transcripts, AI summaries, and recordings into Claude by natural language — and Claude Cowork’s scheduled tasks (recurring, cloud-run since July) can genuinely be set to draft a batch of posts and a blog from your latest calls. That workflow exists and it’s useful. What the reel sells past you: transcripts only exist on a PAID Zoom plan with cloud recording and Smart Recording or Meeting Summary switched on (an admin toggle on managed accounts); Cowork’s scheduled tasks need a paid Claude plan; you can only mine calls you host or were granted access to; and — the big one — Claude drafts files, it does not publish anything. There is no native Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn posting in Claude; a human or a separate scheduler still ships every post. “Auto-creates from every call” quietly conflates drafting with publishing, and nobody in the reel mentions that piping client calls into a content machine without the other participants’ consent is a confidentiality problem, not a growth hack. Ten posts per call is a volume promise, not a quality one — and the comment-“PROMPT” gate is a ManyChat-style list harvester, which is the actual business here.

- Claude Cowork’s recurring scheduled tasks are real (cloud execution since July 2026) — a standing “draft posts from my latest calls” task is genuinely buildable
- Call-transcript repurposing is a legitimately useful workflow for people who meet the plan requirements and edit the output
What doesn’t
- Free Zoom can’t do this at all — transcripts require a paid Zoom plan with cloud recording, plus Smart Recording/Meeting Summary enabled (admin-gated on managed accounts)
- Cowork scheduled tasks sit behind a paid Claude plan — two subscriptions before the “free prompt” does anything
- Claude drafts; it does not publish — no native social posting exists, so “autopilot” still needs a human or a third scheduler for every single post
- You can only pull calls you host or were explicitly granted — and feeding client conversations into a content pipeline without participants’ consent is a confidentiality landmine the reel never mentions
- Ten posts per call optimizes volume, not quality — unedited transcript-slop is exactly what feeds get punished for
- Comment-“PROMPT” is a keyword DM funnel: the prompt is the lead magnet, your contact info is the product
The catch
The connector is real and the funnel knows it — “comment PROMPT” isn’t there to teach you Zoom, it’s there to move you onto a DM-and-email list where the follow-up sequence sells the course.
How to actually do it
- Connect the official Zoom connector yourself — the setup docs are free on Zoom’s and Anthropic’s sites; no comment gate required
- Check your gates first: paid Zoom plan, cloud recording on, Smart Recording or Meeting Summary enabled, paid Claude plan for scheduled tasks
- Build ONE recurring Cowork task that drafts a post batch per call — then edit before anything ships; the draft is the starting line, not the finish
- Get consent from the people on your calls before their words become your marketing
- Publish through your own scheduler — and measure whether call-derived posts actually earn engagement before scaling to ten per call
