- Agents genuinely can take over defined, repeatable slices of a business — start with one: a daily research brief, a monitoring shift, a drafting pass
- Use the real tooling: Claude Code subagents or scheduled agents for anything that runs on a clock
- Apply the payroll test to every all-agent-workforce claim: show the business, the numbers, and one agent actually working. No receipts, no belief
