PARTLY
Partly true: this 'Agentic AI Implementation Quick Guide' names real building blocks (memory, MCP, A2A, agentic RAG, guardrails, evals), but it is an AI-generated poster with garbled, made-up labels, not a guide anyone can implement from
The claimA 10-second music-only animation of an 'Agentic AI Implementation Quick Guide', captioned 'Here is an alternative version of the Agentic AI Implementation Quick Guide #aigenerated #videogames #classic.' A glowing mind map branches from 'Agentic AI' into Agent Memory (short-term, long-term vector store, episodic, semantic, procedural), Tools and Protocols (MCP, Agent2Agent, function calling, computer use), Agentic RAG (query routing, corrective RAG), Human-in-the-loop (approval gates, interrupt and resume), LLMOps and Safety (observability, evaluation, guardrails), Agent Frameworks, Vendor SDKs, a Build Stack, an Implementation Roadmap and Key Success Metrics.
The skeleton of this poster is right. Production agent systems really do need memory, tool access, retrieval, human approval steps, monitoring and evaluation, and most of the readable names are real products: the Model Context Protocol, the Agent2Agent protocol, AutoGen/AG2, CrewAI, LangSmith, Langfuse, Ragas, DeepEval, NeMo Guardrails, Pinecone, Qdrant, Mem0, Zep, E2B, Daytona, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Strands Agents all exist. The problem is everything past the top layer. The caption itself says it is AI-generated, and it shows: the Frameworks branch includes 'SingleGraph' (presumably LangGraph), 'Correvlic', 'Titlet Catel Relalynt', 'RunF-PFI' and 'Longle-Source', none of which are tools. The Foundation Models box lists 'Enline Caade', 'Gonfrosleks' and Kubernetes, which is a container orchestrator, not a model. 'Low AI Interation' is a typo for a category that does not exist. The 'Implementation Roadmap' and 'Key Success Metrics' panels, the only parts that would make it a guide, are unreadable in every frame. There is no sequence, no decision rule and no metric you can copy. Hashtags like #videogames and #classic have nothing to do with the topic and read as reach-farming. Nothing is sold in the reel; it is brand content for the posting company. Treat it as a vocabulary list, then check every name before you search for it. x-ref #477 for an accurate text list of the same concepts.
What holds up
- Viewed the full 10-second animation as a 16-frame contact sheet; there is no voiceover, only music.
- Checked the readable product names against vendor pages and coverage: MCP, A2A, AWS Strands Agents (Apache 2.0, Python and TypeScript), Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, AutoGen/AG2 and CrewAI are real.
- Searched the garbled labels ('Correvlic', 'Titlet Catel Relalynt', 'RunF-PFI', 'Gonfrosleks', 'Enline Caade'); none correspond to any agent framework or model.
- Confirmed the Roadmap and Success Metrics panels never resolve into legible text in any frame.
- Caption self-labels the piece #aigenerated.
What doesn’t
- AI-generated infographic with invented tool names mixed in among real ones.
- Kubernetes filed under Foundation Models.
- The 'implementation' and 'metrics' sections are illegible decoration.
- Off-topic hashtags (#videogames, #classic) for reach.
The catch
Real nouns, fake guide. The categories are the right ones, but a chunk of the labels are hallucinated and the only actionable panels (roadmap, metrics) cannot be read, so following it would send you searching for tools that do not exist.
How to actually do it
- Start with one workflow you already do by hand and write down the inputs, the decision, and who must approve it.
- Build it with one framework you can verify (for example the Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph or CrewAI) and one tool connection via MCP; skip multi-agent until a single agent works.
- Add a human approval gate before any outbound action, and log every run with a tracing tool such as Langfuse or LangSmith.
- Write ten test cases with known right answers and rerun them after every prompt or model change; that is your success metric.
The concept map is sound and free to learn from, but the poster cannot be implemented as drawn. The honest route is one small agent, one verified framework, an approval gate and a test set.
