REAL
Holds up: '100 reel ideas' is a real, readable list of 100 fill-in-the-blank titles; usable prompts, generic by design, posted as free top-of-funnel by a content agency owner
The claim'Save this post so you'll never run out of content ideas!' On screen: '100 REEL IDEAS' followed by a scrolling numbered list in the Notes app, 1 through 100, e.g. '1. The truth about how I got started with ___', '15. The lazy person's guide to ___', '51. If I only had 10 minutes a day', '73. This tool saved me every week', '100. Save this because you'll thank yourself later.'
The list is real and complete. The reel scrolls a Notes-app page with all 100 lines, and they are readable on pause: title templates for talking-head reels, most with a blank to fill ('How I accidentally got better at ___', 'Why your ___ isn't working', 'Do this before buying ___'). That is a fair deliverable for a 'save this' post, and a business owner who cannot think of what to film could pick ten of these and have a month of content. Two things to know. First, 100 is padding: the list repeats itself ('What nobody tells beginners', 'Nobody talks about this in ___', 'The brutal truth nobody wants to hear', 'What I'd tell my younger self', 'Everything I wish I knew'), so it is closer to thirty ideas in a hundred coats. Second, these are titles, not ideas; the idea is still the specific thing you know that your customer does not, and the list cannot supply it. 'Never run out of content ideas' is true only in the sense that you will never run out of ways to phrase one. The poster's model is consistent across his reels: list posts that earn saves, which Instagram and Facebook reward with reach, feeding a content agency (Kienobi Films, which sells done-for-you content to founders and brands) and a paid resources subscription. Nothing in this reel is sold or hooked; the ask is a save. For what it is, it is a decent free prompt sheet.
What holds up
- Reel downloaded and read frame by frame: '100 REEL IDEAS' title, then a Notes-app scroll showing lines 1 to 100; all legible on the contact sheet, all title templates with blanks.
- The list repeats heavily; at least ten lines are variations of 'what nobody tells you' or 'what I wish I knew', so the usable distinct prompts number roughly thirty.
- Kienobi's site (kienobi.com) claims 408K followers and a billion views and sells Kienobi Films content services; his TikTok shows 'Comment SOUND' tutorial hooks; x-ref #378 for the 40 hooks list.
- No link, product or comment hook in this reel; the ask is 'save this post', which drives reach via the save signal.
What doesn’t
- 100 is padded; the same beat appears under a dozen titles.
- These are titles, not content; the specific knowledge still has to come from you.
- 'Save this' list posts are the free top of a content agency funnel, which is fine, but know what the format is for.
The catch
A real prompt sheet you can use tomorrow, as long as you treat it as thirty title formats rather than a hundred ideas. The idea is still the thing you know that your customer does not; the list only names the frame.
How to actually do it
- Pause the reel, pick ten templates that fit your trade, and fill each blank with a specific customer question you answered this month.
- Batch-film the ten in one session as talking-head clips, 20 to 40 seconds, one point each.
- Track saves and shares per template in insights and keep the three formats your audience actually responds to.
The 100-line list is real and fully readable, so the claim is delivered. It is padded and consists of title frames rather than ideas, but it costs nothing and sells nothing directly. The poster's agency is the business behind the format.
